Copyright and DMCA Policy

Our approach

AzAd Solutions respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. If material on azad.co infringes your copyright, tell us and we will review it promptly and remove or disable access to anything that should not be there.

We follow the notice-and-takedown process described below. Although we are based in Pakistan and are not a United States service provider, we accept notices in the form used under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) because it is a familiar and complete format.

Third-party content and embeds

Some pages on azad.co link to or embed media that is hosted by third parties. Where that happens:

• The media file is not stored on our servers. It is served by the third-party platform that hosts it.
• Our page contains a link or an embedded player pointing to that platform.
• We do not upload the media, and we have no control over its availability or over changes made to it.

If you own the rights to media reachable through our pages, you can ask us to remove our link or embed using the process below, and you can also contact the platform that hosts the file to have the file itself taken down. We will act on our own pages regardless of what the host does.

Sending a takedown notice

Send your notice by email to info@azad.co with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. To let us act on it, please include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. The full URL of each page on azad.co that carries the material, so we can locate it.
4. Your contact details: name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What happens next

• We acknowledge complete notices within 3 business days.
• We review the notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the material.
• We tell you what action we have taken.
• Where the material was posted by an identifiable user or client, we notify them and pass on your notice.

By sending a notice you accept that we may share it, including your identity and contact details, with the person who posted the material. Sending your complaint to our hosting provider instead of to us will not make it faster.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to info@azad.co containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, postal address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Pakistan, and that you will accept service of process from the party who sent the original notice.

We will pass a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within a reasonable period that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of the copyright notices we receive. Where a client or account holder is the subject of repeated valid complaints, we may suspend or terminate their account and any services we provide to them.

Our own content

The design, text, graphics, code and branding of azad.co belong to AzAd Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Please do not copy or republish them without our written permission. If you believe someone is infringing our rights, we would be glad to hear from you at info@azad.co.

Where to send notices

Copyright notices and counter-notices should be addressed to the Copyright Contact, AzAd Solutions:
