• Messages to our AI assistant. The questions you type into the chat assistant on our site.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data. Pages you view, links you click, how long you stay, and the search terms you enter into our site search and domain search tools.
• Security data. Records used to detect abuse and apply rate limits, including IP addresses and bot-check results from Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Described in our Cookies Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our basis for processing

We process personal information where one of the following applies:

• Performance of a contract. To provide the services you have ordered from us.
• Your consent. For our newsletter and for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Our legitimate interests. To run and secure our business, improve our website, and respond to enquiries, provided your rights do not override those interests.
• Legal obligation. Where the law requires us to keep or disclose records.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to produce aggregate statistics about site usage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our Cookies Policy explains the categories we use and how to manage them.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of established providers to run our website and services. Each processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller under its own policy:

• Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery, bot protection (Turnstile), site search and the AI assistant.
• Google - Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and Google Workspace where you have bought it from us.
• Meta (Facebook) - social plugins and share features embedded on some pages.
• Domain registries and registrars - to register and renew domains, which requires us to pass on the registrant details the registry mandates.
• Video platforms - pages that embed third-party video players load content from those platforms, which may set their own cookies.
• Payment and banking providers - to collect payment. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of AzAd Solutions, our clients or others.

Site search and AI assistant

Our site offers a search tool and an AI assistant that can answer questions about our services. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by Cloudflare's AI platform to generate a reply, and we apply rate limits to prevent abuse.

Please do not enter passwords, payment details or confidential information into the assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not a binding quotation or professional advice.

How long we keep information

• Enquiries that do not become projects - kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and project records - kept for the life of the relationship and then for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
• Domain registration records - kept for as long as the registry requires.
• Newsletter subscriptions - kept until you unsubscribe.
• Website analytics - retained in aggregate form according to the provider's retention settings.

How we protect information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit who on our team can see client data, bot and abuse protection on our forms, and regular updates to the systems we run.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information and presents a real risk to you, we will notify you and any relevant authority without undue delay, and in any event within 7 business days of confirming the breach.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
• Stop sending you marketing email, at any time.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.

To make a request, email info@azad.co. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We aim to respond within 30 days. Every marketing email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in Pakistan and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
