About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and AzAd Solutions, a company based at 35-G Shama Plaza, 72-Ferozpur Road, Lahore-54600, Pakistan. They govern your access to and use of azad.co and any service we supply to you.

Please read them before using our website or placing an order. By doing either, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our website or services.

Some services have their own additional terms, including our Domain, Hosting and Email Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy. Where a specific policy conflicts with these Terms, the specific policy applies to that service.

Using this website

You may use azad.co for lawful purposes connected with evaluating, buying or managing our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers or our clients' systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through excessive automated requests, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to bypass rate limits or bot protection.
• Introduce malware or any other harmful code.
• Copy, resell or systematically extract our content without our written permission.

Accounts and credentials

Where a service requires an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Keep your passwords and access credentials secure and do not share them. Tell us immediately at info@azad.co if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Services, quotations and scope

Prices shown on our website are indicative. A binding agreement is formed when we issue a quotation or proposal and you accept it, or when we confirm your order.

Each quotation describes the scope of work, the deliverables and the timeline. Work outside that scope is a variation and may change the price and the schedule. We will agree variations with you before carrying them out.

Timelines assume you supply content, approvals, access and feedback when we ask for them. Delays on your side will move delivery dates accordingly.

Fees, invoicing and taxes

• Project work is normally invoiced with an advance at the start and the balance at agreed milestones or on delivery.
• Domains, hosting, email and licences are billed in advance for the applicable term and continue until cancelled.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. We may suspend services on accounts that remain unpaid after that date.
• Prices exclude taxes and government duties unless the invoice says otherwise. Any applicable taxes are added.
• Third-party fees we pass on, such as registry and licence charges, may change when the provider changes them.

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Your responsibilities

When we work for you, you are responsible for:

• Making sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos, fonts or data you give us to use.
• The accuracy and legality of the content published on your website or systems.
• Keeping your own copies of material you supply to us.
• Renewing your domains, hosting and licences on time.
• Complying with the acceptable-use rules in our Domain, Hosting and Email Policy.

Intellectual property

The azad.co website, our brand, our logos and the material we publish belong to AzAd Solutions or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property, or that of any third party, to you.

For commissioned work, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once you have paid for them in full. Until then, we retain ownership and you have no licence to use them.

We retain ownership of our own tools, frameworks, libraries, source components and know-how that we reuse across clients. Where these are part of a deliverable, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of that deliverable. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Third-party services and content

Our website and our deliverables may use or link to third-party services, products, software, embeds and applications. Those are provided by their own operators under their own terms.

Any use of a third-party service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, or for any loss or damage arising from content, goods or services obtained through them. See our Disclaimer for more.

Availability and support

We aim to keep our website and hosted services available and to respond promptly to support requests during business hours. We may take services offline for planned maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, and we are not responsible for outages caused by third-party networks, providers or events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we exclude all other warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant any particular commercial result, search-engine ranking, traffic level or revenue outcome from work we carry out.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AzAd Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, however caused.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AzAd Solutions against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you supply or publish, or from your unlawful use of our services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our services if you materially breach these Terms, if your account is overdue, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put things right.

You may cancel a recurring service by telling us in writing before the next renewal date. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity and limitation of liability.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or our services, are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

The courts at Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will post a notice on our website or contact you before it takes effect, and we will give a reasonable period of notice.

If you do not agree with a change, stop using our services within the notice period. Continuing to use them after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
